Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 machine learning projects in production environments.
• Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate and Machine Learning Professional certifications are required.
• Deep understanding of MLOps concepts and tools, including Model Registry, Feature Stores, Model Tracking, and Model Monitoring.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with popular ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into machine learning solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ML issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, and committed to staying updated with the latest developments in machine learning.
